Well, a very happy Thursday to our FatSecret community! I obviously, am seeing, that I must take a more serious attitude to my diet, again. I have been very relaxed about the diet, and it shows. My Cocker, Buddy, is doing so well, and is like a different dog now, very active, and loves his new soft diet. I am getting tired of sleeping on the couch with him. Everyone have a great Thursday!
