Down 6 and 38 since April. Might be dropping too fast but yardwork do what it do. The place is coming together and so am I. I might have to give a couple back but maybe not. Still get a 9 or 10 lb swing through the week but dipping ever lower. I saw 229.8 but for a moment. Two thirty three is 6 year low for me and 222 would be an 18 year old marker. I gotta hustle today so let's go people! Remember, slower traffic to the right. Get off your phone and drive!

That's amazing Cowboy! It's only too fast if you can't keep it off... if your metabolism is not compromised as it is in standard dieting you'll be fine. Well done - and the yard has to get done when it has to get done so you don't have a lot of a choice (I'm in the same boat with 5 acres to maintain!)

Thank you My People! Fast day tomorrow and I forgot to eat my late meal. Six pm crept up on me. No biggie. We'll try on older smaller clothes in the morning including some 36 pants. Four days off so let's be careful out there!
