Ok... i had slacked off again... but last week i got on my grind, and this time i have the greatest girlfriend in the world helping me do this.. and we are doing awesome.. i'm back to around the same spot i was when i left off so i'm gonna record that weigh in... and weigh in again either saturday or sunday... i'm determined to get to a decent place by new years... bc starting jan 1st my new years resolution is to drop 20 lbs. no matter where i am by january 20 lbs would put me in a perfect spot...

that being said... let the games begin.
