I'm not too upset about the loss on the scale. I know it's not a true reflection of my weight. I have been doing some weight training and that influences the scale. I still have another week to go on this diet, so I'm not giving up. I know that I am still battling with eating enough... Although it feels like I'm constantly eating.

I'm currently doing the Max Plank diet. Its a 2 week diet and very strict. But I've been on it long enough now to know where I can make my changes.

Have you tried 16:8 Intermittent Fasting and 5:2 Fast Diet ? Many of us are having great sustainable results without being too strict.
