Not shocked anymore. 42 gone. No struggle. No worries. No cravings. No limits. Walking more because all the stuff that hurts, hurts less. In 1998, I was 222. My girlfriend hasn't seen me there. My high school senior son hasn't seen me there. Future plans include weights, new goal weight, and maybe a before and after pic (inspired by Sean's success, but there aren't many pics of the fatter cowboy so that might be a challenge).
