Thanks HCB I been constantly hungry these past three days. I ate plenty after my weigh in today, am no longer losing 2 pounds a week off the calories I been used too. Don't know if I want to go any lower on calories that what I'm consuming. I'm going to have to get creative for the remainder of my weight loss journey. Good luck on yours.
