Some progress was made this week! Scale-wise anyway!
Also my doctor, checked on my measurements. I usually get measured and my blood pressure checked every month to help monitor my progress. I missed out in June because I had missed that particular appointment but the comparison from May to July was awesome! I've lost centimetres from my hips and ass which is fantastic. I just like to see with my own eyes, the results of putting in the work. Seeing the reflection of what you feel does wonders for your self esteem (for me anyway!)

Mostly I just like to see physical progress. That the work I'm putting in is paying off. It motivates me to try to be more consistent, as apposed to trying harder. Keep on keeping on as I tend to say. In saying that though, I'm so tired! I just need a good sleep-in. Not tomorrow as I'm off to the podiatrist for a review, but hopefully sunday!
