Diario di Michelle Moncur, 25 lug 16

I am REALLY surprised at how little I have gained in these last two weeks. I have however realised that I am definitely an emotional eater. I have not done any training/gym in the last 2 weeks and ate everything I could find - just about. I have eaten chocolates and chips, I'm sure, on a daily basis. And then to go home, after spending the day at the hospital, and having a plate of food that consisted of at least 60% starch... But I am now back home and things can start getting back to normal. I'm gonna start going back to gym this afternoon and start eating better...

But I'm really impressed with my body. I should have picked up tons more, but I think its cause I started weight training about 2 weeks before this episode and that helped burn the crap I put into my mouth... So need to get back into that as well...

All in all, I'm happy!!!
