Day 10: Lift Day (Rotation 3, Day 2)

I'm honestly surprised that I didn't gain more water weight considering I ate a few hundred grams of carbs yesterday. The main difference this rotation versus the first rotation is the the lift days were preceded by low carb days so the weight is not as high as the first rotation which was preceded by high carb days.

I did notice that I had leg cramps this morning which I believe is due to dehydration, so I am upping my water intake for today and expect another increase tomorrow morning. Then the rotation will start back on the desired down trend.

I'm on an extended lunch break and I'm about to perform my lower body workout.
