Diario di ON2IT, 27 lug 16

Not surprised with the little weight loss.. Oh well hopefully its muscle gain and fat loss cause clothes are still fitting nicely,probably even better :) Have been a bit naughty with some sweet treats on 1 - 2 occasions. It doesn't help when there's two cheesecake shops within a 10km radius. Oh well,sh*t happens but still feeling fabulous..
