Water Essence of Life Challenge.
I drink a lot of tea, usually herbal tea. I was thinking tea is the same as water, now I'm wondering if it counts in this challenge or not.

Cutting carbs is hard until I start seeing results. I don't think it's possible for me to eat 75 grams of protein that may be impossible. I am curious about the water intake, does herbal tea count the same as water?
