Summers hard but I'm back on track somewhat. It's always some excuse and I need to look beyond myself and my occassions. There will always be something, just have to learn to adapt myself to that. I'm not following a particular diet but eating sugar free, low carbs, white flour. My husband is 86 and me 73. I don't want us to set world records at this point in our lives but do try and eat healthier and excerise. Even got a trainer at the gym. lol
