Thank you all! As for my plan, I've started small work outs and plan to do them 3-4 times a week to start and then work up to doing more and eventually getting to almost every day if intuit every day. I'm starting with getting my flexibility and strength back up. I'm going to start yoga and for now I'm starting with stretches, holding my arms and legs etc. it's kind of hard to explain but it's an incorporation of exercises we did in my high school dance class
