Peeked at the final outcome of another challenges like this, people lost between 0-5 lbs.

7 x 515 cal= 3605 calories.= 1 lb. A 500 calorie reduction is means eating on third less food everyday (for me)..

Hi Annba, thank you for getting in touch with advice and support. I can see the similarities on what we are trying to achieve - my husband is trying to lose weight too. I am impressed with what you have achieved so far - keep going. I don't know whether you received my email but it just said that I am trying to refine my lifestyle. So lets see how it goes I am sure there will be many pitfalls along the way but fingers crossed.
