Trying not to get frustrated..... did not go off my diet this week but no loss. Thinking it is my age.... I have heard it is harder to lose weight as you get older. :-(

pls don't feel discouraged and try hanging there a bit longer, yeah is true the age thing is not on our side and also metabolism going slower, but it just means you have to try a little bit harder sooner, meaning: Now is the right time to lose those pounds. keep moving man! push yourself a bit extra, do small changes like cutting all sugar and so, slow but steady :)

Don't give up!! You have lost 13 lb. in just over 2 weeks, and that's great!!! You will have days when you don't lose anything, and may even gain a bit, but the overall trend is what you need to aim for. As the song says "you have only just begun!!!" Keep on doing what you're doing and you will continue to see progress -- and as Victoria A said, better to lose it slowly! You didn't gain it all at once, and you won't lose it all at once!

Thank you everyone! Victoria I eat a lot of protein, fruits and vegetables but I think it may also be because I work night shift. It is hard to do breakfast lunch and dinner at normal times so usually I eat lunch food at work overnight, breakfast before I lay down in the morning and supper before I go to work. I never sleep 8 hours during the week m-f. This may something to with it also. Just note sure.
