I am following a LCHF eating plan. I started on Tuesday. I have lost 1 lb. I am proud of that. I think it has been more in inches. I have the round middle section. I am going to do my measurements hopefully this week, before I start a new challenge . I have also started a walking plan. I downloaded an app on my phone and it gives me my actual workout with speed and time.
