Love having smoothies again now that I'm not freezing my butt off in the mornings. Still quite cool so I've been adding a bit of hot water or tea to it so its a little more tolerable. I'm usually always behind on my 130g RDI of protein by around 35% but today I went over... Trying to reduce the fat in my diet even more than I already have is really hard because if food tastes bland I wont stick to the diet. But I didn't go over my carb limit this time, came in just under actually, so I guess that's a positive. Also started doing high intensity workout on my elliptical since apparently 1min of high intensity workout is equal to doing 45 mins of moderate exercise, though I'm only counting 1min high intensity as 5 mins moderate. My legs are going to be feeling it tomorrow.
