A very disappointing weigh in. This week has been a very long one with a lot of trials. My job has me on call for overtime as well due to influx of calls coming in. This means more hours sitting in one position glued to a computer & phone. I'm stressed and tired and when I'm not working I'm just numb sitting in my recliner. I tell myself....get on that bike ride 5 minutes you will feel better, but then I just sit. I have lost my motivation and am struggling to find it again.
