Diario di ofdwolf, 22 set 16

Surprising considering I didn't run and only did two upper body strength training sessions all week trying to heal my strained calf. Feels all better and I'm going to attempt a slow run today, never thought I would say this in my lifetime but I miss running.
69,6 kg Perso fino ad ora: 22,0 kg.    Rimanenti: 0 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Calando 0,8 kg a Settimana

I miss running too. I cramped up last week after my run badly. It lasted for over a day. My potassium - magnesium supplements were hidden in the house somewhere. Heal up and get back out there.
