Weight is stagnating. But at least I'm not gaining. I walked about 8 miles over the past week. Planning on going again today to get another 3 in.

Might do some short (~4 or 5 mile) hiking this weekend on Saturday.
143,3 kg Perso fino ad ora: 6,8 kg.    Rimanenti: 42,6 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Calando 0,0 kg a Settimana

Me too...no change for weeks but not gaining and body is reconfiguring LOL. I'm sure your body is just readjusting also : ) Go Us!
