Hi Stephanie, Good for you. Keep up the good work. I looked at your recent meal... the salt, protein an fat are a bit high. I try to keep fat and protein to about 50 gms/day....salt 600-1200 mg/day your ideal numbers may need to be different ...you can research that. Len

Thank you for the tip. I use low calorie meals at work however I just count calories, and try to get 80 grams of protein in a day. I try to keep cravings at bay so I do eat a little on the weird side but it does work. My doctor told me not to deprive myself and when it comes to sodium in quick meals I am suppose to drink extra water during my shifts at work ☺i also try to get in my 5 servijservijngs of fruit and veggies a day but that does not always happen because of working nighhtshift. I eat a lot of apples ☺
