I am back to exercising again and it back to feeling normal again. I'll be very careful about the edibles in the future.
So my elderly mother is doing her thing again and I think it might be getting Time to do the next process or the next step as she's having escalating difficulty with living alone. She needs to be in a community where she has help available. I can't seem to get my head wrapped around it right now so I'm just staying focused on packing and getting ready for my travel day tomorrow. I'll be back with my nine-year-old son and my wife, which I'm looking most forward to. We have many hurtles to overcome if we are to salvage the marriage, that nine-year-old boy is quite a motivating factor for me, though my wife doesn't seem to share the importance of his mother and father staying married and focused on making a good environment for our family. She seems to have difficulty remembering how cool our relationship used to be. But I am a glass half full kind of guy she's definitely glass half empty. Still I believe that we could have a great relationship, maybe even a great love.
An xperienced, wise friend once told me her mantra is "oh well".
Oh well.
