I really don't have anything to say...
I want to be focused but there have been so many temptations lately. I think I am refocused. I hope to get below 190 and stay there.

Girl, You'll get there! I am taking baby steps and it seems to be paying off. Just take your time...It's not like you are competing with anyone!
