Water Fast Day #20
Large traces of ketosis this morning, still everything proceed smoothly, I have few breakouts on my face since yesterday, I believe my skin is going under detox process in these days.
I also had a small bm yesterday, I believe due to drinking hot water, it helped I guess to remove unwanted stuff in my intestine!
