Diario di jfuji, 13 nov 16

I've been struggling with weight yoyoing. I got down to 225 and backup to 230 and up and down in between. I've been pretty good with my eating and walked 5 days last week. I've gotten up to to 2 miles. I'll keep plugging at it and work this off!
102,9 kg Perso fino ad ora: 31,4 kg.    Rimanenti: 14,4 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Aumentando 0,2 kg a Settimana

That's great about walking 5 days last week and that you are up to 2 miles! I can so relate as I also am yoyoing on my weight as well.

I think we all play the yoyo. But I believe that in time our bodies will submit to our will. GO WILL POWER!!!

Me too... starting to hate yoyo's ! 2 days in a row at 164 lbs then a day later I gain 4 ,....I don't think so :D water retention is a mind game I tell you .
