The way I ate this past week reflects in my weigh-in... I have no problem with that, seeing that it's silly season!!
On the flip side, I went to CF class 3 times this week! Haven't done that in ages!!!
We warmed up, and then we rowed for 40 minutes at intervals & in teams!!
