I was concerned about gaining weight while I was away at the workshop this week and away from the scale. I went to the movies last night with my friends and had popcorn so I was doubly worried about the weigh in today. Instead I woke up to a lovely surprise. Now I'm off again for a weekend away with my family so my weight is going to be a big surprise next week when I get back.
