I think I'm eating more than I ever have! I don't think I'm following any special diet, but haven't been eating wheat products, cut dairy wayyyyyy down, huge veggie intake, little to no sugar and cut down on fats, eating some fruit and flax seed, and no sugary juices or pop. Drinking lots of lemon water. I do need to increase fiber! I went out and bought some low carb foods and more veggies today.

If you are eating low calorie veggies you are getting plenty of fiber

Marcus Welby, MD! about the only veggie I don't like is squash and I'm trying to keep away from the ones high in carbs/sugar. Other than that, I'm a veggie monster instead of a cookie monster! Thanks warrenwinter!

No sugar and cut down dairy, you are going to see the pounds melt away! Eating healthy fats are good in moderation and help curb hunger and balance blood sugar. Give yourself some time :) Try Psyllium husks for fiber. Chia seeds also good.

The problem for me LightAir is that I haven't a clue what I'm doing! I have a vast wealth of info online and I've been reading lots!

Bad hair lady. It is pretty amazing what can be done with just a healthy diet avoiding processed foods and wheat, corn, etc. Yes oil and butter count as processed.

My body feels better, not so bloated feeling! Oddly, I'm sleeping better too! I'd fill my belly with constant sugary snacks and greasy food, potatoes are probably the thing I miss the most. I could eat potatoes 3 times a day and want more! I haven't had a single potato since Monday!
