Even though I lost"1" pound, I thank the Lord because it was in the past 5 days while I enjoyed my husband's home made Pecan Pie with a nice cup of coffee (Night Time Treat). I wasn't sure how to manage the tremendous extra calories, but with some careful discipline and right food combinations, and God's Blessings, it worked out great!
