Experimenting with higher carbs has been a real roller coaster for my weight. Some surprises, with things that I expected to bump it up not doing so, and fewer surprises with things I expected to make me gain actually making it drop. Over the past 10 days, it's been as low as 166, and as high as 179! Now I'm gearing up mentally to do a reset on LCHF/Keto on Feb. 1st. I want to be at my goal weight by the 1 year anniversary of starting this journey on April 1st. It started raining here Saturday night, and rained pretty much non-stop until about an hour ago, Monday morning. I feel like I'm living on a houseboat, because my yard is under about 2 inches of water and looks like a lake. But I have to go out to run some errands, so I'll be putting on the Wellies, and wading to my car. LOL! Have a good Monday, buddies! ~Kes
