Well, even though I had a couple donuts over the past week at work, and haven't walked or did as much exercise as I'd like, I still lost a couple pounds with just controlling my eating. So not the best loss record, but it's still a loss. I was told to recognize the small battles, and this is a little step towards my ultimate goal. So here's to me... yeay me! lol
