Out of control again!
Okay, this is what I am going to do...
Normally I do not weigh everyday, but I am starting a program called, 10 pounds in 20 days. It's not a real program, just something I made up. I am going to stick to the Fat Smash plan strictly for 20 day and work out at least 5 times a week. (A hard biggest loser style workout!) I hope to lose between .4 and .6 pounds everyday! By December 22 I will weigh 183.4. So that's my plan. I think it's doable! Wish me luck!!!!!
87,7 kg Perso fino ad ora: 7,1 kg.    Rimanenti: 12,9 kg.    Dieta seguita: Scarso.

2275 kcal Esercizio: Stretching (yoga) - 1 ora, Riposare - 15 ore, Dormire - 8 ore. Di più...
Aumentando 2,1 kg a Settimana

I think that is doable! I want to get to 180 by the 15th. I am determined to make it there. Let me be the perfect fat smasher with you!

I'll join you in your quest! I've decided I'm going to exercise first thing in the morning and as soon as I get home from work. If anything, I'll walk/jog in place while I watch "Chuck." Good luck!

You can do it!!! I'd like to join you in that (only I have to wait until payday to get the book! LOL) Discipline is key. If only it was as easy and enjoyable coming OFF as it was piling on!!! BUT ANYWAY...LET'S DO IT!!!

My goal is 10lbs by Christmas as well. Let's keep each other motivated! This is day three on the fat smash plan for me. I want to be down to 140.

Girl, This diet stuff is killing me! I had a cheat day on yesterday. I was so crazy to do that with my b-day being right around the corner! I'm going to pull myself back though. I have to stop the maddness! Good luck on your challenge. I'm seriously thinking about trying Fat Smash. Is it hard to do?

I think fat smash is the easiest diet I have been on. It is so forgiving. Plus, I get to eat stuff that I like. Like meat, cheese, refried beans, salad dressing, fruit smoothies, and cereal. I think you should give it a try!
