Actually, it's perfectly normal to stay the same weight for a few days or more. Some people stay the same weight for a week and then drop 4 pounds. Our bodies are all different. Make sure you are drinking enough water. Some of that food you are eating today has a lot of sodium in it. It will come off.

Yeah, actually it was 4 days yesterday. This happened a couple weeks ago ;) We'll see what the old scale says this evening.
