I am so discouraged, only Monday I was 68 then today I'm 70 and I have been eating clean and drinking over 5 liters a day 😔😔😔
70 kg Perso fino ad ora: 0 kg.    Rimanenti: 17 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.

It happens. You're already halfway to your goal. That in itself is a MAJOR achievement. Hang in there.

5 liters? No....too much. You will flush all your electrolytes away. It is possible to over do a good thing. You can actually kill yourself...please go read on the internet...all the stories of people who died from too much water. *shocked*

I agree with LCFF!! too much water!! eeeeek. but dont give up!! keep up with the good fight

Weight can fluctuate during your week which is why its better to weigh yourself once a week for an official weight. You must weigh in the morning on the same day each week to compare. 5 litres of water is way too much! 2L to 3L should be your limit.
