Another pound, woo hoo!!! I gotta admit, yesterday was rough. I felt a bit Hangry and light-headed for awhile. I must admit, before Wednesday I wasn't following my 1300 cal plan very closely; and most likely was eating more than 1300 cals on the days when I WAS trying to follow the plan. This will take some getting used to, oh well:)

You can do it - you just have to log everything. I do it ahead of time so I have a menu to follow - more likely to stay with it when I do
