Nice to see 215 again... no gym today, just walk 1 hr tonite.. the sun is out but chilly but so nice to have no rain.

97,7 kg Perso fino ad ora: 38,8 kg. Rimanenti: 18,3 kg. Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.

Calando 2,5 kg a Settimana
