No change in the weight but that's Ok. I did gorge on some edamame before dinner last night and then a big bowl of fruit for dessert, afterwards. I'm thinking of doing a 1 or 2 day fruit cleanse and then start a second round of the Bright Line Eating 14 day challenge next week. That should get me below 200 and hopefully below 190 by month's end. I hope everyone has a terrific Friday and joyous weekend ahead.
