This is really a learning experience. Never thought that to many tomatoes and onions might cause a carb overload and delay weight loss. That coupled with what usually happens when you do not eat enough roughage... But all is well. At least I am learning (had thought I knew it all LOL).

Yeah, the tomatoes and onions is a disappointment; I miss them! Well, that's something to look forward to in maintenance.
