I tried calorie counting for a couple of weeks. I did lose weight but it was very slow. I have switched back to Atkins and it's coming off much faster. I just don't have much patience. Going to the gym at least 4 days a week and working on the treadmill or bicycle for 20 minutes. Then I do the weights to help tone. Last weekend was hard but I made it through. Good Luck everyone!
