Weigh in this morning, and while I didn't lose a full pound (.8) it was enough to put me at 10 lbs. AND it is still in the right direction - steady consistent loss.

On another note, went to a wood-fired pizza place this week. Already decided this is our treat - to share a small pizza and salad. First thing they put in front of us is herbed bread sticks and (WHAT??) mashed potatoes for dipping??? I asked them to take them away without sampling them at all. Very happy with that choice!
