I have found the motivation to get back on my diet. I'm down 5 lbs in my first week so that's a good start. Better than that and what is much more inspiring is my blood sugar. I have been in the 220's for the past week. I hadn't been tracking it before that. This morning it was 176!!!! That is a 50 point difference over the 226 two days ago. I forgot to check yesterday. So now I'm pumped.😁
