Water Fast Day #3
I have only traces of ketosis this morning at 0.5mg/dL - not sure if it's for the kombucha I'm having during the day or just my body needs to switch from glucose a bit longer since I had so much sugar lately. Hopefully tomorrow the ketostix is darker!
