Yikes – 0.8lb gain. Guess that is the punishment for my transgressions. Overall doing okay. The workout went well this morning. I added a 2.5 degree incline to my run (about 400 feet over the 5k distance) and was not able to run the whole time (I walked for 1/8 of a mile at the 2.5 mile mark). I will work on eliminating the walking this week.

Anyhow, because of the weight gain I think I will limit myself to 25 carbs / day this week (which basically means eliminating the blueberries at lunch). I really hope to get below 200lbs this week.
