completed water fast day #9
this morning my ketosis is just in small traces but I think because all the water I had till 2:30am....and only 4hrs sleep.
I may break the fast eith bone broth today.

Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.

Just made some soup with bone broth a day or two ago for the first time; can't say for certain if it would have turned out any different using regular chicken broth, but I definitely enjoyed it! :)
