Diario di mskestrela, 13 mag 17

Not unexpected. It's been a bit of a carby week.
It's raining , and we're expecting strong storms today. I'm SO glad I don't have to drive in it!
Why is it that on days I have to work, I could sleep all morning, but when I have the day off, I'm bright-eyed and bushy-tailed at 4:30 AM??
Lots to do today, so I'm off to get cracking.

Same for me: slug-a-bed Monday to Friday (although up around 6am) then awake at Stupid O'clock on Saturday & Sunday 😡🤦🏻‍♀️

how often do u weigh in?

@Trishan, I weigh daily, when I first get up. But I only record if there's a loss, unless the gain(s) hold for more than a week. When FS prompts me to weigh in, I record regardless.
