Another big drop today. Overall doing well, but looking forward to the weekend. It has been a super busy week at work and home. Today is my last day of ‘back to introduction’ and I will start adding carbs back to the diet tomorrow. Workout went well today. I managed 2.75miles at 5.5mph and a ‘2.5’ incline before taking a break and walking 1/8 of a mile. This should put me in a good position to run the entire 5k at 5.5mph next week.
