Arrrrrrrgggghhh😱😱😱😨 500g overnight apparently.. and with averaging 10km a day..? I know I shldn't have gotten a weighing scale!! It's stressing me out!!! On a positive note, I seem to be gaining back the muscle definition in my arms, shoulders and back.. a smaller version of the muscles I had kinda.. I lost a lot of muscle, almost all of my upper body during those 4 weeks of April and the first 2 weeks of May where I literally stopped all running as well as strength training.. Apparently I looked almost skinny and like hell! I wonder if I actually may have dropped to 58-59kg then! Ahh well, am so peeved to see the digit '6' again.. but I am smaller overall for sure.. so... Muscle is good muscle is good muscle is good!!!!!! Haha
