I'm doing okay. I've had a lot of really good success this week with the habits I'm building. I'm helping my boyfriend along in the journey too and he's doing great! I'm happy.
Birthday tomorrow! The big 30. I can say that I am happier at 30 than I have been at any other birthday and the changes in my life have been DRASTIC lately. Yay for more!
