This week I stayed the same, but I know much of it is a matter of not getting enough fiber. I did a borscht with lots of veggies, and hope that helps. Focus this week -- veggies veggies veggies

1255 kcal Gras: 46,79g | Prot: 46,66g | Carb: 172,30g.   Colazione: dunkin donut fat free muffin, fat free half and half. Pranzo: pear, peanut butter, sourdough bread, ham. Cena: Vegetable Soup (Prepared with Water or Ready-to-Serve), tomato, potato, iceberg, butter lettuce, kalamata , olive oil, green beans, egg, tuna in oil. Snacks/Altro: pear, Low Fat Ice Cream Sandwiches - Vanilla. Di più...

I didn't know fiber played such an important roll. I've been struggling to get enough fiber each day too. So do you try for the recommended 30g?
