Today has been filled with many revelations!
Never again will I ever think of food as a 'reward'.
Food is not a reward. It is fuel to supply my body- the energy needed to keep moving.
If we think of food like we think of gasoline for our cars, SUV, or trucks...it is a fuel for our vehicles not a reward for them! Fuel is simply the energy source needed that allows you to move your vehicle forward- nothing more, nothing less. It is not a reward for your car being "good" or "bad".
Disconnect the idea that food is a reward or should ever be used as one. Food is only the fuel- the energy needed to move.
